Lavender Honey Butter

Hear me when I say: This is the EASIEST fancy thing you’ve ever made — it takes maybe five minutes and uses just three ingredients. It’s sweet, a little floral, super spreadable, and honestly feels like a hug on warm toast.

This Lavender Honey Butter is my go-to when I want something a little special without putting in a ton of effort. Perfect for brunch, breakfast-for-dinner, or just spreading on a muffin during toddler nap time.
🧈Ingredients
1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, softened
3 tbsp My Lavender Syrup (or more if you like it extra floral)
1 tbsp honey
Optional: pinch of flaky salt on top
👩🏻🍳How to Make It
Let the butter soften.
Room temp is key here — you want it soft enough to stir easily but not melted.
Mix it all together.
I use a mixer but if you don’t want to just grab a spoon or spatula and stir the butter, lavender syrup, and honey together in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
Taste and tweak.
More honey if you want it sweeter, more syrup if you want it more floral. Totally up to you.
You can use it right away or pop it in a jar and keep it in the fridge for up to a week. If you’re feeling extra, sprinkle a little flaky salt on top when you serve it.

Slather it on toast, scones, pancakes, biscuits — basically anything carb-y
Dollop it on oatmeal or waffles (trust me)
Serve with cornbread at dinner for a fun twist
Use it like a light frosting for tea cakes or muffins
Add it to roasted carrots or sweet potatoes for a subtle sweet glaze vibe
Why I’m Obsessed
Because it feels fancy but takes zero brain power — which, as someone parenting a toddler and small business AND managing ADHD, is my kind of recipe.
